Wrong.
Doing hours of cardio to lose fat is kinda like a dog chasing its tail. To lose fat, you need to burn more calories than you eat.
But when you do a lot of cardio that cranks up your hunger, which makes you eat more. So you’re burning calories, eating them back, burning calories, eating them back
It makes no sense, right?
So instead of trying to get motivated or make time for cardio, it’s easier to eat a little bit less day-to-day. Basically what we talked about with portion control.
That way you can keep doing exactly what you’re doing now - without adding any extra cardio - and you’ll be burning more than you eat.
We use weights to build muscle and portion control to reveal it.
